Governance

PHKN with a pool of development professionals from NGOs and public sector institutions as decision makers for the organization. The PHKN Board is an autonomous board and responsible for the overall management of the organization. BOD consists of 8 members with background in community development, education and social services. BOD elections are held every two year. The BOD has strong roots in the target communities. The BOD meetings are held on quarterly basis. TORs of the Board Members are in place so that Board Members have clarity about their roles in the organization.
