With the above objective in mind, the HID section of PHKN was established in 2014 with a focus to design and implement institutional strengthening and capacity building training for community members, activists, extension workers and its staff.
The long journey on the road of development has transformed HID section into a full-fledged Community Training Resource Centre (CTRC), which can now rightly be called as one of the state of the art training institute. The training institute is located in one of the posh areas of Haripur, which is near to both the city and secured security wise.
The training centre is equipped with;
• Two training halls with full-fledged training requirements like OHP and Multimedia.
• Highly professional staff and trainers;
• Modern communication facilities like Internet.
Training for professionals and communities are specially being designed according to their job requirements. With the passage of time and experience in the field, CTRC is incorporating new courses according to the needs and feedback from the previous trainings. CTRC has designed and conducted training in the following areas.

Methodology
We highly focused on Training Need Assessment (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) methods. These are includes i.e.
• Assessment as per their needs through state of the art questionnaires.
• Compilation of data on reports to identify weaknesses, strength, opportunity & threats
• Preparation of action plans for training sessions based on recommendations against weaknesses.
• Training session planning (modules preparation on the basis of partners weaknesses)
• Mode of delivering (Lectures, Presentations, Group discussion, activities, energizers etc)
• Field visit will also be arranged to share the field success with the participants.

Highly experienced trainers who are in the field since years. Their edge over other is that they are not only the trainers but also posses knowledge about the field of social Mobilization, Gender Mainstreaming, Human Rights and Advocacy. They see or practiced themselves this knowledge in the field and know the practical implications as well.
We constituted panels of trainers for delivering different sessions and for their services PHKN paid them.
