PHKN has achieved a lot in terms of community development work during the last 2 decades. However, its board, management and community members are concerned about the organizational development. Therefore new development concepts and strategies have been introduced by PHKN to monitor the progress.

PHKN management and staff will review the organizational structure and will explore possibilities to include pool of professional resource persons to deal with different aspects, i.e. governance, management, financial management, resource mobilization, and project management.

PHKN staff is trained in fundraising and proposal development which is an important area in terms of Strategic Plan and fund raising. PHKN staff off and on participates in the trainings delivered by different resource organizations on different thematic areas to acquire needed skills. PHKN will continue the capacity building of its staff and would introduce new programs, such as in house trainings, on the job trainings and internship training for new and existing staff.

PHKN holds an eminent position as Human Right Based (HRB) organization in Khyber PakhtunKhwa. It is working on proper setup with a BOD, Executive Committee and Senior Management Team . Apart from this, it has committed team of staff working in the fields of PHKN working areas.
